Handmade Items

Handmade items are imperfect. Part of their charm is that a real human put their time, effort, and care into creating something just for you or your loved one. As such, there are always imperfections.

Everything that I make or package is clean and fit to use for its intended purpose. Extra care is taken with edible items.

Please use common sense and don't give fragile miniatures or small parts to individuals who might hurt themselves.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped every Friday. Depending on what day of the week you place your order, and what you have ordered, please allow time for your item to be crafted before it ships.

If you order a complex customization, keep in mind that it will take me longer to craft it.

Please contact me ahead of time if you:

• need to ship outside of the contiguous 48 states
• are ordering 5+ of any one item
• if you need a rush
• have very specific requests or requirements

I will make sure that your shipping is the best price possible by sending you a custom invoice.

Returns

Because these are custom items crafted just for you, returns are not accepted.

Remember that handmade items have irregularities and are not perfect like something from an assembly line.

However, if you have any problems with your order, please contact me right away and I will do my best to resolve the issue. I truly want you to have a great experience and be happy with your handmade items.
